Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

 

 

Ingredients

 

Base

1 cup dates

1/2 cup almonds (or nuts of your choice)

 

Chocolate Layer

2 bananas

2 cups cashews, soaked for 2 hours

3 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons honey

 

Topping

2 tablespoons honey

Peanut butter

85% dark chocolate

 

 

 

 

Method

 

1. To make the base blend together ingredients and spread at the bottom of a baking tray (lined with foil or cling film) and place in freezer.

 

2. For the chocolate layer blend ingredients together until a smooth texture is reached. Pour mixture into baking tray and leave over night or until hardened.

 

3. For the topping mix the honey and peanut butter and then spread over the chocolate layer.  Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over then leave in fridge to set.
